Both Søren Nissen & Ebbe Gehl were trained cabinetmakers at Rud Rasmussen’s workshop in Copenhagen and started their partnership in 1970. Since then, they have been rather productive as furniture designers, designing many pieces for international furniture brands such as the Naver Collection. Given their cabinetmaker backgrounds, many of their designs are marked by beautiful workmanship using wood as a raw material.
