Additionally, Skovby offers a service guarantee that is valid between 12-24 months after the date of purchase, whereby Skovby will share repair costs, or provide new part(s), if the claim is related to material or manufacturing defects.
The full warranty and service guarantee does not cover defects caused by general wear and tear, improper usage and product care, or accidental damage. Danish Design Co supports any final decisions made by Skovby on any warranty claims.
