The Pato has gone through rigorous testing to ensure that its quality (particularly its durability) will meet the expectations of its discerning customers. Measures have been taken to ensure that there is minimal environmental impact in the making of these absolutely stunning chairs.

The warranty starts from the date the furniture is purchased, but does not cover defects caused by general wear and tear, improper use and product care, or accidental damage.
