The warranty starts from the date of purchase, but does not cover the product’s surface, defects caused by improper usage and product care, or accidental damage. The warranty is only valid when the furniture has not been reworked or modified in any way. Danish Design Co supports any final decisions made by Northern on any warranty claims.
