Adnet Coffee Table

A Paragon of Scandinavian Design

Intricate Brass detailing; Unique Curved Legs

The Adnet Coffee Table was a design originally commissioned by Hermes to be displayed in its many fashion stores during the 1950s. This designer table is an intriguing piece that perfectly combines glass, metal and leather in a chic Art Deco style. Supported by three unusually curved metal legs, the glass tabletop is delicately hand-trimmed with leather detailing and decorated with three gilded brass rings. This classic luxury furniture piece is the beautiful marriage of french architecture and contemporary design.

Jacques Adnet also created the Adnet Circulaire and Rectangulaire mirror during the period he first conceived the idea to design the Adnet Coffee Table. Both the Circulaire and Rectangulaire mirrors showcase the same gorgeous hand-crafted leather trim and once again proves Jacques’ mastery of the use of mixed materials.
