Cane-line offers a 2 year, limited structural warranty on all their furniture, and a warranty against visible forms of deterioration, but excludes the product’s surface.The warranty is applicable to original invoice customers only, up to 2 years after the date of purchase. Cane-line reserves the right to approve any claims, and Danish Design Co supports any final decisions made by Cane-line on any warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by general wear and tear, rust/corrosion originating from general wear and tear, corrosion of steel due to the outdoor environment, visual changes in wood (as wood surfaces change naturally over time), improper use and handling, improper product care, or accidental damage.
