General Care & Maintenance for Wood Surfaces

• Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or heat source.
• Keep furniture away from moisture, grease and dirt.
• Avoid placing sharp objects directly onto furniture to prevent scratching.

Cleaning Instructions

• Dusting & Light Cleaning – Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away any residue.
• Further Cleaning – Use a soft cloth wrung in clean water to wipe away any residue, followed by wiping the surface dry with a soft, dry cloth.
• Thorough Cleaning – Use a soft cloth wrung in clean water mixed with soap suds or gentle washing liquid, followed by wiping the surface dry with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using washing liquids with abrasive or acidic agents.

General Care & Maintenance for Velvet Surfaces

• Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or heat source.
• Keep furniture away from moisture, grease and dirt.
• Avoid placing sharp objects directly onto furniture to prevent scratching.
• Do not iron velvet.
• Avoid rubbing velvet surfaces vigorously to prevent damaging the fabric and colour.

Care Instructions

• If velvet fibres appear flat, use a steamer to raise it. Wiping a damp cloth or spraying a small amount of demineralised water at a distance of 20cm onto the surface and letting it dry overnight would produce the same result. It is recommended to do the same for the entire surface to avoid colour differences.
• A hair dryer at low heat can be used to dry the area at distance of 20cm. Stroked the velvet fibres with your hands to raise the velvet fibres.

• Avoid using bar soap, saddle soap, leather cleaners, household detergents or chemical products.

General Care & Maintenance for Veneer / Laminate Surfaces

Detailed Cleaning & Maintenance Instructions

• Daily Cleaning – Wipe marble surface with a damp soft cloth, dry immediately after with a dry soft cloth.
• Thorough Maintenance – Use a stone sealer according to the label’s instructions to perform a treatment every 8-12 months.
• Heat Stress – Use a trivet immediately after when a mark or crack is spotted after surface comes into contact with hot objects.

Detailed Cleaning & Maintenance Instructions

• Daily Cleaning – Gently brush off dirt. Use a vacuum if the earlier method is not sufficient.
• Stain Removal – Use a gentle stain remover, and test on the most invisible part of the furniture first. Avoid blotching by gently rubbing the stain in a circular motion. Avoid stain removers or cleaning agents that are undiluted, contains bleach, ammoniac, or are meant for hard surfaces.
