At Danish Design Co, we are not only committed to delivering exceptional customer service but exceptional value as well. We take pride in offering excellent value on our curated furniture collection to ensure our customers enjoy the best value for their money on our final prices.

 

That is why regardless if you’re researching a design before placing an order, or if you have already purchased from us – if you receive an offer for an identical and authentic product with equivalent terms from an authorized retailer in the world for less, we promise to match their price or give you a credit note for the price difference within 14 days from your date of purchase.

 

There are several ways you can inform us of your International Price Promise request:

 

 We ask that you provide us with the following to facilitate our response to you:

  1. An official quotation from the authorized retailer, dated no later than 14 days prior to the date of the International Price Promise Request
  2. Your invoice number (if applicable)

 

We will verify the information and guarantee to respond within 3 working days to discuss your International Price Promise request.

 

*Terms and Conditions:

 

– The International Price Promise is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of your purchase, regardless if delivery has been made. It is valid for furniture only and excludes all accessories including lights and carpets.

 

– The product must be authentic and identical in design, including colour, size, brand, designer, and other applicable finishes.

 

– The conditions of sale from the other retailer should be the same as what is offered by us. This will need to include a cost of shipping to Singapore with prevailing GST rates, the costs of international warranty and service conditions (local delivery, installation & assembly). Exchange rates to be used for pricing comparisons are as per Danish Design Co’s stated rates.

 

– The International Price Promise excludes ex-display items and overstocked items which are sold as part of one-off sales.

 

– We do not match prices of non-authorized retailers, distressed retailers or websites. For example, if ceasing operations, or selling end of line items. All prices must be made publicly available to all customers.

 

– Decisions made by the management of Upfrontliving Pte Ltd on any International Price Promise request is final and we reserve the right to refuse to match prices where it would be uneconomical for us to do so.
