American designer Bill Curry designed timeless lamp designs during the zeitgeist of the 1960s and 1970s. He’s known for creating the first designs with the ‘total look’ lamp forms – where the base-bulb-shade was removed and instead, utilised the bare bulb in a unique, self-contained form.
