Eilersen produces high-quality, designer sofas and furniture, and provides a 5-year warranty on all their furniture, which covers defects in the product’s frame, spring, and inner cushions, but excludes the product’s surface. The warranty starts from the date the furniture is purchased, but does not cover defects caused by general wear and tear, improper usage and product care, or accidental damage. The warranty Danish Design Co supports any final decisions made by Eilersen on any warranty claims.
