Diphano provides a 1-year warranty on all their outdoor furniture, when properly installed. The warranty does not cover the product’s surface, defects caused by general wear and tear, corrosion of steel due to the outdoor environment, visual changes in wood (as wood surfaces change naturally over time), improper usage and handling, improper product care, or accidental damage. Variations in colour, weight or dimensions, or any variations in hand-crafted items are not considered defects. Danish Design Co supports any final decisions made by Diphano on any warranty claims.
