Juul provides a 5-year warranty on all their furniture, which covers defects in the product’s frame, spring, and inner cushions. The warranty starts from the date the furniture is purchased, but does not cover the product’s surface, defects caused by general wear and tear, improper usage and product care, or accidental damage. Danish Design Co supports any final decisions made by Juul on any warranty claims.
